Womens Business Center Offers Streaming Media and Video Communications

MELBOURNE, FLA. — The Florida Tech Women’s Business Center (WBC) presents the three-session course, Streaming Media & Video Communications, on Thursdays,
Aug. 7, 14 and 21 from 3 to 5 p.m.

This course will show you the variety of mechanisms, tools and systems that are available to create and employ streaming media and video communications,
including for one’s own domain and Web site.

Session one is an introduction to what this technology is, why you need it, who offers it and where, and how much it costs. Session two examines your
requirements vs. the features, costs and benefits options. Session three looks at how to implement this technology into your marketing and communications
strategy and includes case studies of people and organizations employing streaming media and video communications.

The cost is $50 for all three sessions, which will be held on campus in the Link Building, Room 323.

The WBC offers well-equipped facilities conveniently located at Florida Tech. It provides teachers, mentors and volunteers with expertise and business
knowledge; partners with community organizations for broad outreach; and training and resources that are onsite and online to accommodate busy schedules
and offer easy access.
