You’re Never Too Experienced for Mentoring!

The older we get the more some of us realize just how little we know. It’s not that we know less than we did years ago – we just understand the value of learning new things (and perhaps have been “humbled” by a few challenges at this point in our lives!).

In business – especially small business – we tend to work in a bit of a silo, consulting within only our four walls and perhaps a colleague or two about major business decisions. It can be difficult to weigh all the pros and cons in such a limited environment.

At the Women’s Business Center, we’ve developed a series of tailored mentoring programs (known as IGNITE 360) for business owners in the beginning, intermediate and advanced stages of business. Whether you need help learning how to diversify your revenue streams, manage your accounting and HR functions more efficiently, create a profitable succession plan or exit strategy, gain expert legal advice or how to market your products and services to today’s fickle marketplace, we create an elite advisory team to meet your individual business goals and provide expert advice and action plans to get you where you need and want to be.

This week, IGNITE Program Director Jeannette Kraar explains why “mentoring isn’t just for newbies.” Click Here to check out her column in this week’s FLORIDA TODAY.
