Best Paper Award

A research paper by Dr. Annie Becker, professor of Management Information Systems, has been been awarded Best Paper at the 2005 Information Resource
Management Association (IRMA) International Conference in San Diego. Entitled “Using handheld Technology to Monitor Diabetes in Remote Communities,” the
research was funded by the National Science Foundation. Dr. Becker is also director of the National Center for Small Business Information based on the
Florida Tech campus.
