Florida Tech Small Business Center Offers Several Learning Opportunities, Some Free

– Florida Institute of Technology’s new National Center for Small Business Information (NCSBI) is offering free, introductory courses on business software
and government contracting in May and June. The courses are open to anyone seeking to enhance business technology skills. Participants will learn about
personal computer security, e-mail management, marketing through the Internet and much more. For more information, visit:

The center also provides expert training on government contracting for businesses and their employees. Three different one-day courses are scheduled for
consecutive Mondays, starting May 2; a one week workshop completes the series. Each course provides hands-on practice and professional instruction on

Additionally, the NCSBI announces lunchtime and late afternoon training in government contracting essentials. The two-hour training sessions provide
important information and resources for those considering working with the government.
