Florida Tech Names Mike Williams First-Ever Panther Partner

– Florida Institute of Technology today named Mike Williams, president of M.H. Williams Construction, as the first-ever winner of the Panther Partnership
Award. This new award is designated for a businessperson that has made a difference in the lives of the students, faculty and staff of Florida Tech through
personal and professional involvement.

“We are delighted to present this award to Mike Williams, a person whose work has made a dramatic impact on the look and feel of our university,” said
President Anthony J. Catanese. “The contributions of local businesses and leaders to Florida Tech cannot be overstated.”

Williams is a member of the Panther Club Board of Directors, the School of Management Board of Overseers, and the Construction Industry Advisory Board in
the College of Engineering. In addition, M.H. Williams Construction built the recently dedicated Columbia Village Residence Hall Complex.
