MELBOURNE, FLA. —The Florida Institute of Technology Women’s Business Center (WBC) will host “A Gathering of Interesting Women” March 8, from 5 to 8 p.m.
The gathering offers women the opportunity to meet and network with other women in the area’s business community and with the business center’s board of directors through the Network for Women program. The goal of the network is to guide and support women in building relationships and advancing their careers. Those who plan to attend are strongly encouraged to reach out beyond their normal network and invite at least one other “interesting” woman.
Network for Women is also sponsored by the National Center for Small Business Information at Florida Tech in partnership with the Florida Small Business Development Center at Brevard Community College and the Melbourne Regional Chamber of East Central Florida W.E. Initiative.
The event will be held at the Denius Student Center’s Hartley Room and the cost is $6. For more information and to R.S.V.P. for you and your guest, contact Donn Miller-Kermani at (321) 674-7006, Renee Couperthwaite at (321) 674-7007 or register online at wbc.fit.edu.
