Florida Tech Womens Business Center Presents Emotional Freedom Technique April 11

MELBOURNE, FLA.—The Florida Institute of Technology’s Women’s Business Center presents the Emotional Freedom Technique workshop April 11, 5:30-7:30 p.m. on campus in the Denius Student Center Hartley Room.

The Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a self-help tool based on acupuncture. Tapping on various points, can within minutes, bring on a feeling of calm, balance and well-being. These results are immediately useful for stress, anxiety, fears, phobias and even difficult memories. With EFT it can be easier to eliminate cravings and gain more control over habits. The technique works for weight loss and smoking as well as some medical issues such as irritable bowel, insomnia and chronic pain.

EFT is also effective on lack of motivation, self-doubt and performance anxiety. Sports teams use it, as do business owners and employees to empower themselves and move forward with enthusiasm. Adults of all ages and children can easily learn and practice this simple yet powerful technique. The presenter is Kathy Doner. More information is available at www.EFTUniverse.com.
