Florida Tech Womens Business Center to Hold Direct Selling Fair Nov. 4

MELBOURNE, FLA.—The Women’s Business Center (WBC) at Florida Institute of Technology will hold the Direct Selling/Home Based Business Fair on Nov. 4. The free event is a joint partnership with Direct Selling Education Foundation, Brevard Workforce, the Florida Small Business Development Center (FSBDC) at Brevard Community College and SCORE of the Space Coast. The fair will be held at the Space Coast Convention Center in Cocoa, Fla., from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Participants can network and speak with about 25 direct-selling companies to learn more about opportunities and the organizations. The participating direct-selling businesses are members of the Direct Selling Association. Representatives from the U.S. Small Business Administration, FSBDC, Brevard Workforce and the WBC will be on hand to answer questions.

Participants may also attend workshops on learning about direct selling, social media, marketing on a budget, customer service and time management.
