Florida Today Editor, TV Host Matt Reed to Speak Feb. 16 on Corruption

Florida Tech’s Center for Ethics and Leadership Hosts Free Event

MELBOURNE, FLA. — Matt Reed, a senior editor and columnist at Florida Today and host of the weekly television program “The Matt Reed Show,” will speak about corruption in Florida as the Center for Ethics and Leadership at Florida Institute of Technology’s Nathan Bisk College of Business presents a breakfast seminar Tuesday, Feb. 16.

The free event is co-sponsored by Community Credit Union, Florida Tech’s partner in ethics outreach. It runs from 7:45-9:30 a.m. in the Hartley Room on the second floor of the Denius Student Center on Florida Tech’s Melbourne campus, 150 W. University Blvd. A continental breakfast will be served.

Reed will offer, “Fighting Corruption in Florida…My Experience and What I Learned.”

Admission is free but registration is required. Seating is limited.

Reed is an award-winning investigative journalist whose content appears across the media spectrum, from print and TV to radio, web and mobile sites and social media. He has managed award-winning journalism projects by multiple news sites and planned and launched new digital products.
