Free Seminar Exposes Truth About Grants

MELBOURNE, FLA. — The Florida Tech Women’s Business Center (WBC) presents the seminar, “The Truth About Grants,” on April 2, from 1 to 3 p.m.
Pre-registration is required.

The seminar separates fact from fiction in the subject of available money. It provides information about how to decide if a grant opportunity is real or a
scam, where to find genuine grants, how to write and apply for a grant, how to prepare your business to receive a grant; and where and how to find
alternative funding. Detailed handouts will be provided.

The course will be held on campus in the Link Building, Room 327.

The WBC offers well-equipped facilities conveniently located at Florida Tech; providing teachers, mentors and volunteers with expertise and business
knowledge; partnering with community organizations for broad outreach, and making available training and resources that are onsite, remotely and online to
accommodate busy schedules and offer easy access.
