Muriel Joseph-Williams Presents: How Cultures Impact Global Business at Florida Tech Sept. 28

MELBOURNE, FLA.—The Florida Institute of Technology’s Institute for Cross Cultural Management will host speaker Muriel Joseph-Williams in How Cultures Impact Global Business, a Tactical Point of View on Friday, Sept. 28, at noon. The presentation, part of the Leaders Engaging Globally Speaker Series, will be held in Room 244 in the Florida Tech Commons, on University Boulevard and Babcock Street.

Joseph-Williams will provide insights from her business experience and training as a management consultant. She will cover a variety of topics, including: mapping cultural differences, the impact of culture on organizational models and leadership styles, adjusting the human resources function and a case study of human resources in the Middle East.

An author of two books on successful human resources practices, Joseph-Williams held the title of Chief People Officer of Saudi Oger, a company which employed 100,0000 people in Saudi Arabia. Currently she is the CEO of BrainCorp Inc., a private consulting firm working with Fortune 500 companies in the United States, Europe, India and China.
