Seeing Differently Presentation

Roger Manley, Ph.D., professor of management, recently presented a workshop at Melbourne Internal Medicine Associates entitled “Generations in the
Workplace: Who We are and Why We See Things Differently.” Dr. Manley also made a presentation to the Leadership Academy of Berman Hopkins, Wright and LaHam
CPAs, LLP, on the Florida Tech campus. His presentation was entitled “Leadership Perspectives: Individual and Firm Character and Temperament.” Dr. Manley
teaches leadership, ethics and organizational behavior on the graduate and undergraduate levels. His research interests include planned organizational
changes; goal setting; leadership and management development; and the evolving social contract between employers and employees.
