Seminar Focus is Patenting
MELBOURNE, FLA. — Next in Florida Tech’s Engineering Entrepreneur in the Spotlight seminar series will be a presentation on Oct. 11 at 4:45 p.m. by Brian
Steinberger, the official patent attorney for University of Central Florida (UCF). The presentation will be in the F.W. Olin Life Sciences Auditorium (Room
130). The seminar, sponsored by Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE), is free and open to the public.
Steinberger, who will discuss copyrights, patents and the patenting process, has considerable experience in the commercialization of student-developed and
university-developed technologies. He has served both Florida Tech and UCF’s innovative students for the past 10 years.
