Panthers Spear Sailfish 5-4

Rohrbach (Jefferson City, MO) falling 8-4 in the #2 doubles spot.

the win.

Horvathova easily shut down Pamela Artigas 6-0, 6-1 in the #1singles match. Pandre, who played the #2 singles, also played will pulling out the victory
with a 6-2, 6-1 victor over Mahrt. The Panthers were unable to win #3 thru #5 singles action. Freshman Nicole David (Fort Pierce, FL) fought a lengthy
battle against Carola Artigas only to fall short in the super set losing 4-6, 6-3, (10-5).

Fellow freshman Stephanie Monaco (Mt. Sinai, NY) lost 6-0, 6-3 to Alli Hillman in the #4 singles match, while sophomore Andrea Alfonso (Escazu, Costa Rica)
