The X-Culture Project is a perfect way to learn how cross cultural teams work and to learn how to work effectively with other people who are not from the same country, that have different culture and different communication styles. I am really interested in sharing my thoughts and ideas with other students in different parts of the world and seeing how things go.
I was a bit concerned of how the project was going to be but after reading all the explanations I feel more secure and I am looking forward to gaining experience from this project. Also, I look forward to meeting my team and contacting them via Facebook, Skype, etc. I will try to learn as much as I can from my teammates and gain experience in working with international teams.
