WBC Offers Free Discussion on Supplier Relationships, Purchasing Power Oct. 29

MELBOURNE, FLA—The Florida Institute of Technology Women’s Business Center (WBC) is offering “Supplier Relationships and Purchasing Power,” the eighth installment of the 2010 Year to Grow Your Business Roundtable Series. The seminar is free and will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in the Allen S. Henry Building Advancement Conference Room, on campus.

Beth Gitlin, Global Passages LLC and WBC Director Donn Miller-Kermani will facilitate the roundtable discussion. It will cover best practices on how to source services and goods for businesses, while reducing risk, and how to build stronger relationships with existing suppliers.

The roundtables are designed as short seminars with roundtable discussion on topics of interest or concern. This format is meant to encourage peer-to-peer mentoring as well as mentoring from the expert in a group setting.
