Florida Tech Professor Joins Podcast about 3D Technology in Manufacturing

MELBOURNE, FLA.—Florida Institute of Technology research professor Michael Grieves, Nathan M. Bisk College of Business, was recently featured in a live podcast on WJR radio’s morning show. The Big M Webcast centered on the meeting of the entire manufacturing industry at the COBO Center in Detroit, Mich., and discussed how 3D advanced technology is shaping the future of manufacturing.

Grieves is also assistant director of Florida Tech’s Center for Lifecycle and Innovation Management and the author of Virtually Perfect: Driving Innovative and Lean Products through Product Lifecycle Management. The book describes how NASA, Apple, Boeing and other leading organizations achieve continuing value for themselves and their customers through virtual products.
