Free Panthereum Concert Features George Wilson Trio Jan. 24

MELBOURNE, FLA.—Florida Institute of Technology’s WFIT 89.5 FM and the city of Melbourne present Jazz at the Panthereum on Sunday, Jan. 24, from 3 to 6 p.m. The free event will be held in Florida Tech’s outdoor Panthereum.
The concert will feature Wilson on drums, Brad Baker on saxophone and Kenny Clarke on organ. Wilson plays drums with many different groups in the area; Baker plays tenor and alto saxophone; and Clarke is gaining a reputation as an excellent jazz organ player, although he plays other musical genres.

Bring a blanket or lawn chair to the Panthereum, located on Country Club Road, near the Denius Student Center. A vendor will be available for drinks and snacks. For more information, call (321) 773-6749.
