Where Can I Eat?

Whether you want a sit-down meal or a quick snack, Florida Tech has a variety of different eateries that suits everyone's needs. You can find menus at Dining Services website and certain places update their menus daily on ACCESS. Panther Dining and Panther Grocery - Panther Dining Hall PDH is the main sit-down eating location at Florida Tech. Each day has a special. All day breakfast, stir-fry, quesdilla and sushi night are a few of the favorite specials students like. Dining Services also hosts International Night, holiday lunches and Midnight Breakfast at PDH. You can find everything from pizza to tilapia to fresh fruit. And don't forget about dessert! Choose from the ice cream machine to a variety of cookies and cakes. Many students who live on campus buy their groceries at Panther Grocery. The Grocery has most of your grocery needs, fresh produce and everyday necessities like floss. It even has windshield fluid! You can also buy made-to-go salads or order from the grill from their breakfast, sandwich and lunch menu. Rathskeller Eatery and Black Kats Kafé - Evans Hall You can find the Rathskeller Eatery and Black Kats Kafé filled with students at night. The Rat is open late night and even delivers on campus! You can order pizza, sandwiches, wings, ribeye; they even have a healthy menu! It is also a mini grocery where you can buyer freezer options like ice cream and necessities like razors. The Rat has many entertainment features as well. There is a stage for live entertainment, pool tables, and televisions. Dining Services hosts many different events here, like Karaoke Night in the Kafé. Black Kats Kafé is open from 7 p.m. to 1 a.m. and is famous for their milkshakes. You can order hot and cold beverages and treats like cheesecakes. After you order, grab a board game from the cabinet or settle in and watch the movie playing. The Sub Cafe and Deli - Denius Student Union Building The Denius Student Union Building, commonly known as the SUB, is a hub for the Florida Tech community. The Café and Deli consists of sandwich, grill, soup and salad stations. Dining Services offers daily specials, like meatball subs or cheesy kielbasa noodle bake, along with their set menu options. A popular feature in the SUB is the Starbucks cart. You can order mochas, hot chocolate, chai teas and seasonal specials. Refrigerators offer drink options or you can select your drink from the beverage system. Avenue C - College of Business Avenue C is the newest addition to Dining Services. Self-serving, students and faculty choose what they want and pay at the kiosk. There is a wide variety of products to choose from. Name brands like Panera, Cinnabon, and can be found in the freezers and there is a microwave to warm up meals. Snack options like chips, fruit and candy are also available. There is even a Starbucks coffee station. At the moment, the kiosk only takes credit cards and cash. Center Court - Clemente Center Center Court is a great place to hangout between classes. Center Court offers snacks and meals like pizza and quesadillas. However, their Freshens smoothies are what they are known for. They also provide coupons for a free smoothie after 10 purchases, which you will redeem pretty fast!
