So far the project has been going good. My teammates are really helpful and understanding, if for instance we have a problem with any of the work assigned to us, the teammates are ready to help as much as they can. We all remind each other when our surveys are due and check up on each other to see if the report is going as well as it is supposed to.

We were appointed a mentor who is to guide us as a team and ensure we are making progress. She has done a wonderful job so far, she encourages us and asks us of our opinions on certain parts of the reports. If someone is not contributing as much as he/she should, she will kindly talk to the person and see if there is anything wrong with him/her.

I am confident that my team will do a good job in writing this report!
