Midweek Meditation

Meditation is a mind and body practice that has a long history of use for increasing calmness and physical relaxation, improving psychological balance, coping with illness, and enhancing overall health and well-being. Meditation Teacher Suvra Chakrabarti guides the group through light stretching, yoga breathing and a 20-minute meditation. 

Weekly sessions are held each Wednesday from noon to 12:30 p.m. in  the DSL Classroom, Evans Library, second floor.

Open to all campus community.
