Photojournalism students use photo essays to tell stories

Students in Dr. Y.J. Sohn’s photojournalism class earned accolades from their peers for their final projects. Multiplatform journalism student Emily Walker’s essay, “Every Day: Life at Ninety-Six” was voted top in the class. Nabhan Caudhry earned second place honors with “The Story of Teddy,” and Roland Hesmondhalgh took third place with his “Restricted Area.” See their work below.
