weVENTURE Fundraiser Nov. 3 at Florida Tech

‘Sharing the Gift of Success’ to Benefit
Entrepreneurs, Local Businesses

MELBOURNE, FLA. — weVENTURE, a Central Florida-based organization launched at Florida Institute of Technology and focused on accelerating sustainable business growth for entrepreneurs, will host its annual fundraiser from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 3, in the Hartley Room on the second floor of the university’s Denius Student Center.

Called Sharing the Gift of Success, the event supports weVENTURE programs and services for ‘womenpreneurs’ and business owners across Central Florida. Attendees will hear testimonials from past and present weVENTURE clients regarding their personal experiences of growth fueled by weVENTURE programs. The event will also provide networking opportunities with some of the community’s foremost business leaders.

Live entertainment, hors d’oeuvres, and raffles will also be featured.

Tickets are $65 per person. All proceeds go directly to the weVENTURE fundHER campaign. This initiative provides scholarship support to local businesswomen interested in participating in weVENTURE business education workshops and purposeful networking events who may not have the financial resources to do so.

“With the support of the community, weVENTURE amplifies ‘womenpreneurs’ to accelerate sustainable business-growth models,” said weVENTURE Executive Director Erica Lemp. “This is a truly inspiring celebration that opens doors for next-generation entrepreneurs and business owners.”
