Conference Services Bureau Holds Open House July 19

MELBOURNE, FLA.—The Conference Services Bureau at Florida Institute of Technology will hold a Showcase of Capabilities on Monday, July 19, 4 to 6 p.m. The event will take place in the Hartley Room, second floor of the Denius Student Center, off Country Club Road.

Conference Services staff will offer a short presentation, an overview of conference facilities, tastings of catering cuisines and a raffle. Organizations who may have a use for Florida Tech conference services are invited to attend.

The Conferences Services Bureau has been certified as a One-Stop Shop by the Association of Collegiate Conference and Event Directors—International.This certification, the highest available in the collegiate conference and events field, recognizes the Conference Services Bureau as providing the most effectiveplanning atmosphere for holding a conference or event on campus.
