Florida Tech Promotes Ten Faculty Members

MELBOURNE, FLA. — At Florida Tech, five faculty members have been promoted to professor and five to the position of associate professor. Faculty promotions
occur annually, in March or April.

Promoted to the position of professor are William Arrasmith, engineering systems; William Gabrenya, psychology; Kunal Mitra, mechanical and aerospace
engineering; Jean-Paul Pinelli, civil engineering; and David Wilder, psychology.

Promoted to associate professor are Georgios Anagnostopoulos, electrical and computer engineering; Deborah Carstens, College of Business; Heidi Edwards,
humanities; Nasri Nesnas, chemistry; and Mark Novak, chemistry.

Buys in College Education, and is ranked as a Best Southeastern College by The Princeton Review. Washington Monthly magazine has named Florida Tech the top
