Evans Library hosts first Librarian-in-Residence

Welcome, Dr. Wanda Perez!  Florida Tech’s first Librarian-in-Residence has joined us for a full month of projects.  She will be offering feedback on our instructional materials, consulting for Florida Tech’s Institute for Cross Cultural Management, and generally getting to know the Evans Library.

Currently Instructional Librarian/Associate Professor at University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez, Dr. Perez’s specialty is instructional design for online courses.  Her expertise makes her especially helpful as she reviews our website and its many parts from the perspective of someone for whom English is not the first language.
