Florida Tech’s TWITCHY to Perform at Brevard County Fair March 20

MELBOURNE, FLA.—Florida Institute of Technology’s all-faculty band, TWITCHY, led by President Anthony J. Catanese on drums, will perform at the 2010 Brevard County Fair March 20, from 3 to 5 p.m.

The name of the rock ‘n roll band, TWITCHY, is an acronym for the names of the original faculty players who compose it. Musicians include Alan Rosiene, Ivica Kostanic, Fred Ham, Cliff Bragdon, Jamie Younkin, Winston Scott, Tom Waite, Susan Earles and Kevin Johnson.

Florida Tech’s Scott Center for Autism Treatment will also have a presence at the fair that day. Representatives will be there to explain the work of the center, which just opened in October 2009.

The fair runs March 18-March 28 at Wickham Park in North Melbourne.
