County Commissioner to address networking meeting

Brevard County Commissioner and Florida Tech alumnus Sue Carlson will be the guest speaker at the November 14 meeting of the Networking for Women group
meeting sponsored by the National Center for Small Business Information(NCSBI) at Florida Tech and the Florida Small Business Development Center at Brevard
Community College. The meeting begins at 5:30 p.m. in the John and Martha Hartley Room on the second floor of the Denius Student Center. Ms. Carlson has
been a resident of Brevard County since 1961. She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Florida Tech and is a graduate of Leadership
Brevard. She has been a systems engineer, a computer science adjunct instructor at Brevard Community College and a county commissioner since 1998.
Networking for Women provides support for women interested in government contracting and technology expertise. The goal of the network is to guide and
support women in building relationships and advancing their careers. The NCSBI serves small businesses and individuals. The center’s main objective is
building personal and professional expertise in government contracting and related business software. It is requested, but not required, that you R.S.V.P
