Dr. Manley Presents Paper

Roger Manley, Ph.D. and professor of management and organizational psychology, presented a paper at the 10th annual International Conference of Industry,
Engineering and Management Systems at Cocoa Beach on March 17. Titled “Suppose the Construction Industry Took Partnering Seriously,” the paper was
co-authored by Dr. Wade Shaw of the Florida Tech College of Engineering and will be published in the conference proceedings. Dr. Manley’s research
interests include measurement of employee attitudes, leadership and business ethics, and needs assessment.
