Humanities Lecture: ‘New Horizons in International Human Rights’

– As part of Florida Tech’s Humanities Lecture Series, Dr. Isabella Bunn, an attorney specializing in international economic law, will present “New
Horizons in International Human Rights” on March 16 at 7 p.m.

Bunn, affiliated with Regents Park College, Oxford University, serves as associate director of the Oxford Centre for Christianity and Culture. She also
directs a summer institute on international and comparative law, and teaches in the area of public international law and human rights.

Her expertise in the ethical aspects of globalization has led to appointments with international advocacy campaigns, public policy foundations, and bar
associations. She holds a bachelor’s degree in foreign service from Georgetown University, and a master’s degree in international relations and a law
degree from the University of San Diego. She also holds a postgraduate diploma in theology and master’s degree in Christian ethics from Oxford University
and a doctoral degree in human rights law from Bristol University.
