weVENTURE Women’s Business Center Expands Treasure Coast Services

MELBOURNE, FLA. — weVENTURE Women’s Business Center (WBC) is excited to announce a new St. Lucie County-based business coach who will allow the organization to expand capacity and make services more accessible to small-business clients on the Treasure Coast.

Beginning this month, Marie Letin (pictured above) will be working with weVENTURE WBC as a business coach and resident U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) loan specialist. She has over 20 years of experience in commercial, business and government lending and has helped hundreds of businesses access the capital they need to grow.

“We are so excited to welcome Marie Letin to our team of business coaches,” said Kathryn Rudloff, executive director of weVENTURE WBC, based at Florida Tech’s Bisk College of Business. “Marie is passionate about helping entrepreneurs achieve their financial goals. As an experienced SBA lender and former underwriter for the SBA, she brings a wealth of knowledge about how to refine a business plan and manage operations so small businesses can access the capital they need to grow.”

In addition to serving as a business coach, Letin will help with weVENTURE WBC community outreach. Monthly free business education seminars will be offered in partnership with the City of Port Saint Lucie, and the IGNITE 360® Pathways Business Launch Class will be hosted in partnership with HACCOF-Treasure Coast. Visit weVENTURE WBC for more information on these offerings.

Letin has an MBA from Florida Atlantic University. She is fluent in both French and Haitian Creole and is co-founder of the Haitian American Chamber of Commerce of Florida Treasure Coast chapter.
